1. What is School Mall?
School Mall is an e-commerce store based in Pakistan, specializing in preschool supplies and other children's educational products. We offer a wide range of high-quality, reliable, and affordable items to support the growth and development of young minds.
2. What products do you offer?
We offer a variety of products, including books, stationery, educational toys, school uniforms, backpacks, and classroom essentials. Our selection is carefully curated to ensure safety, durability, and educational value.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, Bank Transfer and cash on delivery. All payment information is processed securely to ensure your safety.
4. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option for your convenience.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process and ship orders within the specified time frame. Delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
6. How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at sales@schoolmall.pk or call us at 042-37206062 / 0316 1459 233. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
7. Can I exchange an item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@schoolmall.pk and send your item to: School Mall – Haq Street, Urdu Bazar, Ghulam Hussain Market, Lahore.
8. What should I do if I haven’t received my refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@schoolmall.pk.
9. Can sale items be refunded?
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
10. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order on our website.
